Natura &Co seeks an experienced financial professional to fill the position of Financial Compliance Specialist. This role involves leading tax reporting and governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement tax reporting frameworks that meet international standards.
  2. Maintain expertise in IFRS tax accounting, staying up-to-date on changes and developments.
  3. Manage cash tax cycles, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure timely filing of tax returns and cash tax payments worldwide.
  5. Work closely with regional teams to develop and maintain governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in IFRS tax reporting, ideally within a multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and tax provision software.
  • Proven track record in managing financial compliance and governance initiatives.
Compensation Package: $150,000 - $220,000 annually
