**Job Title:** Financial Controller

Location: Northampton

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are recruiting a highly skilled Financial Controller to join a leading company in the UK. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing month-end accounts, managing budgets, and analyzing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Part/full qualified (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Fully computer literate with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
