Job Title: Academy HR Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy HR Director to join our team at Ultra Precision Control Systems. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
