Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the leadership team in meeting operational needs and instilling best practices in HR.
  • Partnering with the GM to develop a high-performing leadership team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Delivering and embedding core people initiatives, contributing to Group HR projects, and planning operational and strategic HR activities.
  • Providing advice on HR policies, employment law, and supporting management in practical application and interpretation.
  • Working with line managers to manage performance, behavior, and capability, and handling complex ER cases.
  • Collaborating with the shared HR administration team and central Group HR Functions.
  • Leading union relationship management in partnership with the UK Supply GM and Ops manager.
  • Partnering with the GM and leadership team to drive a High Performance Culture and CI mindset.
  • Embracing new digital HR systems and identifying better ways of working.
The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a CIPD Qualified individual with a strong track record as a HR Manager and Business Partner, preferably in a Global, matrixed Manufacturing organisation.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of HR best practices, including Employee Relations, Engagement, Reward, Resourcing, Talent and Development, Coaching on Leadership, and Employment Law.

They will also have experience in change management and the ability to deliver and support organisational change.

We offer an attractive salary in the range of £70k – £85k (dependent on experience), Car Allowance & Bonus, and Excellent benefits.

This is a permanent, full-time position based on site in Cheltenham, with 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
