Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues, driving best practice HR practices and behaviours that align with the company's values.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to meet the operational needs of the leadership team and colleagues.
  • Partner with the GM to onboard new talent and drive the development of a high-performing leadership team.
  • Embed core people initiatives into the business, contributing to Group HR initiatives and projects.
  • Plan and execute operational and strategic HR activities, including performance management, remuneration, talent management, recruitment, inclusion, engagement, and HRIS.
  • Provide expert advice to Senior management on HR policies and procedures, employment law, and support/counsel management in the practical application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Offer guidance and support to line managers on performance, behaviour, capability, and manage complex ER cases.
  • Collaborate with a shared HR administration team and central Group HR Functions, while working as part of the EMEA region within the Global Supply Chain division.
  • Lead the union relationship management in partnership with the UK Supply GM and Ops manager.
  • Partner with the GM and leadership team to drive a High Performance Culture and CI mindset, fostering an inclusive, valuable, and engaged organisation.
  • Embrace new digital HR systems, identifying and deploying better ways of working in the future.
The Successful Applicant
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Strong track record as a HR Manager and Business Partner, preferably within a Global, matrixed Manufacturing organisation.
  • Broad knowledge of HR best practices, including Employee Relations, Engagement, Reward, Resourcing, Talent and Development, Coaching on Leadership, and Employment Law.
  • Change management experience and ability to deliver and support organisational change.
