About the Role:

C&E Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client's team in Chipping Norton. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of efficiency and delivering exceptional quality dishes to a Rosette standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient running of your given section, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to the development of weekly and seasonal menus, showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise.
  • Work closely with the top chef and established team to deliver outstanding dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Deputise for the Junior Sous Chef as required, supporting the efficient running of service.
  • Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef De Partie in a fresh food environment, ideally in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette kitchen.
  • A real passion for food and creating amazing dishes, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • The confidence to take on additional responsibilities and support the team in achieving exceptional results.
  • Dedication, motivation, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as required, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
