Job Opportunity at a Prestigious Country Dining Pub & Restaurant

A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen at a renowned country dining pub and restaurant for a skilled and ambitious Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef to join their award-winning kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high culinary standards
  • Contributing to menu development and ideation for the bar and restaurant
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to AA rosette levels using fresh seasonal ingredients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with the team
  • Highly motivated and focused individual with a positive attitude
  • Steady career history with a commitment to professional development
