Chef De Partie Job Description

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at a sustainable and organic farm shop in the Cotswolds. The successful candidate will assist the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of all sections across the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards at all times. They will also be responsible for supervising junior chefs.

The Perks
The Chef De Partie will receive a basic salary of £28,500, plus TRONC (up to £5,000 per annum), 45 hours a week, 4 days out of 7, overtime paid, 28 days holiday, day shifts, straight shifts, discounted rates across the group, meals on duty, free parking, annual company parties, and a wellness-focused environment.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have experience at a similar level in a similar environment, high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation, and a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen, including COSHH and HACCP. They will be able to work effectively in a team and have excellent communication skills.
