Teacher for SEND Provision

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teacher to join our SEN Provision. The successful candidate will work with students aged between 12 and 18 years old who require additional support due to SEMH needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
* Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour within an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of SEMH and behaviour management strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
