Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at 4myschools Ltd.

The successful candidate will work in a local primary school that provides a dedicated provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

About the Role

This role is for a SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting learners with additional needs in a mainstream or special needs school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to teachers, developing individualized education plans, and contributing to a positive learning environment.


Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing one-to-one support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans
  • Working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
