We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at I C Talent Ltd. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to students who have Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), and medical needs in a vibrant school setting.
Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes academic growth, social development, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized plans for students who require additional support, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team that values diversity and promotes a culture of respect and empathy.
