Learning Support Professional for SEN Students

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to work with students with special educational needs at our school in King's Lynn, Norfolk.
The successful candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to students with special educational needs in their learning activities.
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
