Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENCO to join our team at Inspiration Trust. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a qualified teacher with experience of working with children of relevant age groups.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the implementation of a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for pupils with SEND. This will involve working closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure that pupils receive the best possible education and support.
Main Responsibilities
- To support and lead the implementation of a broad, balanced, and inclusive curriculum for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- To lead on and promote high teaching standards, pupil achievement, and progress for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- To offer active support for SEN pupils regarding the Academy's Policies and Procedures, taking into account Teachers' Standards Teaching as required.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £9,782 per annum, which falls within the Qualified Teachers Pay Scales: Main Pay Scale (MPS) to Upper Pay Scale (UPS) + TLR 1.
