Special Needs Support Worker

Job Description:
\We are seeking a Special Needs Support Worker to join our team at UKCIL Ltd.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to a 10-year-old boy with autism and ADHD in daily activities, promoting independence and fostering a positive environment.
\This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and their family. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
\Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily life activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.\
- Provide personal care and support to the child, including escorting them to various activities.\
- Help with household tasks and other reasonable duties as requested.\
- Promote independence and encourage the child to develop new skills.\
- Work closely with the child's family and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.\
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for the child's privacy at all times.\

Requirements:

- A patient and understanding individual who can work in a dynamic environment.\
- Experience working with children with autism and ADHD.\
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional Saturdays.\
- A full UK driving license (optional).\
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS check and references.\
Salary:
\The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour, with 2 hours of work per week.
