We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Break Charity.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Your primary responsibility will be to work hands-on with the young people, building relationships, and helping them to develop essential life skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent team player, warm, caring, and calm, with the ability to cope with the complex needs of the young people. You will also need to be willing to learn and develop new skills, including an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, which will be fully funded by Break.
