Specialist Teacher for SEMH Students

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Teacher to join our SEND Provision. As a Teacher within this provision, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective education to secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your role will involve designing and implementing curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
* Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Relevant experience teaching in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of SEMH and behaviour management strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
