We are looking for an experienced Educator to join our SEND Provision. The successful candidate will work with students aged 12-18 with SEMH needs, requiring additional support due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health challenges.

About the Role
  • Deliver engaging and effective education to secondary-aged pupils.
  • Create a supportive learning environment promoting academic progress and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure holistic student needs are met.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Relevant experience teaching in a secondary school setting with SEMH students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
