About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate teaching professional to join our team as an Inclusive Education Specialist. As a member of our SEN Provision, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and experience working with students with SEMH challenges. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective education to secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the holistic needs of students are met.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Relevant experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Strong understanding of SEMH and behaviour management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
