SEMH Specialist Educator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring each student receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.

**Salary:** £23,278 per annum (FTE)
**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team* Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH difficulties* Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of support services* Contribute to a culture of mutual respect, inclusivity, and empathy within the school community* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in SEMH support and special education.
