We are seeking an exceptional Therapeutic Education Specialist to join our dedicated team at The Bridge Trust. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Fen Rivers School is a therapeutic SEMH Special School providing full-time education and support to up to 82 children aged 5-16. As a Therapeutic Education Specialist, you will work in either our primary or secondary departments, teaching students in small groups and building strong relationships with them, their families, and carers.

Your role will involve liaising with various agencies to problem-solve student issues and barriers to learning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach students with emotional and behavioural difficulties in small groups
  • Build rapport with students, families, and carers
  • Liaise with agencies to address student issues and barriers to learning

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including a financial wellbeing scheme, employee discount schemes, and access to blue light services.
