About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Teacher to work with students aged between 12 and 18 years old who require additional support due to SEMH needs. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with SEMH and challenging behaviour within an educational setting.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Design and implement curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
* Create a supportive learning environment that promotes both academic progress and personal development.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
* Valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
* Relevant experience teaching in an educational setting.

Benefits Package:
* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
