Mental Health Support Worker in Gloucester

Key responsibilities:
- \t
- Provide one-to-one support to clients at standard and medium risk of domestic abuse.\t
- Work closely with our IDVA team to deliver training to professionals within Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.\t
- Contribute to the development of our support services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.\t
- Collaborate with our team to provide a comprehensive support package to our clients.\t
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our services.
About you:
You will have a deep understanding of domestic abuse legislation and a proven ability to work with complex, sensitive customer queries. Your excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm in challenging situations will be essential in this role.
