Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

About the Role:

Identifi Global Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead the sales of certified pre-owned equipment (CPE) across the UK and Ireland. This field-based role involves driving strategic growth through end-user sales, partner networks, and other distribution channels, with an emphasis on achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Expand market access for CPE sales, manage the full workflow from inventory control to end-user sale, and ensure strategic and financial objectives are met.
  • Liaise with internal sales teams and authorised distribution partners to manage business development opportunities.
  • Oversee the inventory, manage online resources, and maintain strong financial controls to support sustainable revenue growth.
  • Work with dedicated technical resources to ensure all aspects of the equipment lifecycle, from acquisition to resale, are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate with teams across the UK and Ireland, as well as other European branches, to drive seamless and profitable operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Substantial sales and commercial experience, ideally within the geospatial sector, and a proven track record of promoting technical products and services.
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and excellent people management skills.
  • Familiarity with the equipment rental market and experience in managing financial and operational performance.
