We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts with major electronic chains across the UK. This role is critical for driving revenue growth through effective sales forecasting, product launches, and channel relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sell-in targets while ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales data
  • Develop a clear pipeline for delivery, breaking down targets into categories such as new business, repeat business, sell-in, and sell-out requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in retail accounts to ensure long-term partnerships

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely and regular travel required across the UK to engage with key retail partners. Reporting to the CCO, the Senior Sales Director will be a key member of the sales team, working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to drive success.

Requirements
  • Extensive account management or sales experience dealing with major UK retailers
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage key accounts
  • Strong analytical skills for effective forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and a focus on driving sales growth
