- Monitor and record staff absence, organize staff meetings, occupational health checks, issue contracts/offer letters, liaise with payroll provider, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Work at pace, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within HR.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize conflicting deadlines, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
