About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Priority Appointments. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate sales orders and quotations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming enquiries via the sales inbox and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare standard quotations following guidance from the team.
  • Enter and review sales orders.
  • Respond to customer enquiries about lead times, pricing, sales documentation, and post-shipping and invoice queries within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office-based customer service and administration.
  • Strong computer skills and confidence in a customer-facing role.
  • Commercial awareness to spot sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong time management skills.
