Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to technical teams
Coordinating and organising documentation, schedules, and communications
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of technical reports and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and databases related to technical activities
Facilitating smooth communication between project stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with security protocols including BPSS and SC clearance requirements
Handling other administrative tasks as required to support the technical team
Job Requirements:
Experience in administrative roles within technical or defence environments
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in using various administrative tools and software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Security clearance at BPSS and SC levels, along with adherence to ITAR and UK eyes-only policies
