Treasury Team Leader - Back Office


As a key member of the EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC), you will report to the Head of Treasury with the purpose to ensure that the team provides high-quality customer-focused treasury services. This role requires proven strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the delivery of Treasury services in the most collaborative and mutually beneficial manner.

About the Team/Department

The Treasury function consists of 2 teams covering the Front and Back office to allow for segregation of duties (SOD). The Treasury function is responsible for managing the company's cash, investments, and financial risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of the IHC/Back office Team
  • Oversee the in-house cash centre and strive for growth
  • Manage IHC exposures to mitigate FX risk and minimize FX gains/losses
  • Manage the loan portfolio
  • Responsible for the Back-office function ensuring adherence to controls
  • Cashflow and FX forecasting
  • FEBA and bank account management
  • Audit and SOARs compliance

Experience you'll bring:

  • Proven Team Leadership experience
  • Well-rounded knowledge of both Treasury & Banking – ideally from a corporate Treasury background
  • Experience of driving a culture of trust within your team and developing team members' skills and capabilities through ongoing developmental coaching & feedback
