Bright Horizons Frimley Green and Preschool is a well-established nursery that offers a supportive and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Toddler Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children
  • Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help all children develop and meet their individual milestones
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
