Customer Supply Chain Team Leader

About the Role
As a key member of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Fulfilment analysts supporting France, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. Your primary objective will be to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided to internal and external customers, while meeting Key Customer Supply Chain Performance Indicators in line with agreed best-in-class replenishment practices.
About the Team/Department
The Customer Supply Chain function is comprised of 6 multilingual teams, supporting commercial businesses across the EMEA region with ensuring timely delivery of products to customers (retailers).
Responsibilities
- Provide clear leadership to a multi-Country customer fulfilment team through objective setting, one-to-one coaching, and training.
- Ensure all team members are focused on customer requirements and equipped to provide outstanding levels of service.
- Continuously build capability within the team through coaching, focusing on business acumen, supply chain knowledge, and communication & influencing.
- Propose optimum customer fulfilment solutions and improvement plans to strategic customers.
- Lead the CF Collaboration Team and liaise closely with customers, country sales, and supply chain to ensure clear and proactive communication on all service elements.
- Be the advocate of the customer and outstanding service with all SCJ colleagues and in established processes.
- Deliver ongoing effectiveness improvements to order management and customer collaboration activities using lean tools and methodology.
Experience You'll Bring
- Ability to lead teams and possess strong people leadership capability.
- Ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Track record of order management best practices implementation.
- Commercial or customer fulfilment or supply chain background.
- Strong operational order management/customer service skills and experience.
- Good knowledge of FMCG business.
- Good level of French (written and spoken) with Spanish desirable.
