As a dedicated Office Manager - Technical Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to technical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of various technical processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative coordination and support to technical teams
- Coordinating and organising documentation, schedules, and communications
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of technical reports and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to technical activities
- Facilitating smooth communication between project stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols, including BPSS and SC clearance requirements
- Handling other administrative tasks as required to support the technical team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in administrative roles within technical or defence environments
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in using various administrative tools and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Security clearance at BPSS and SC levels, along with adherence to ITAR and UK eyes-only policies
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Frimley
This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work on significant defence projects, with a 12-month contract and potential for extension.
