**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- New Project Opening
- Data organising and registers maintenance
- Administration of design signatories, training, approvals and expiry
- Monitoring supplier approvals / expiry
- Project Closure completeness checking and archiving
- Creation and administration of new processes, forms, etc.
- Organising burn testing, shipping of samples, etc.
- Issuing data to customers
- Preparation and monitoring of suppliers/partners working agreements/arrangements and liaison
- Attend key meetings to generate and publish meeting minutes.
- Time keeping and general organisation of priorities.
- Maintain and organise a shared calendar.
- Support audit finding closure/CAP implementation.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills
- Good communication skills internally and externally and at all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with Smartsheet and/or VBA is desirable, although not essential
- A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity
- Ability to prioritise workloads and show flexibility to changing situations / demands
- Experience within the aviation industry would be an advantage
