Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a growing team of 7+ Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Build out a world-class team of A-players, focusing on hiring top talent and developing their skills.
  • Create and iterate on compensation plans, team structure, and team operating models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Directly assist in closing strategic and complex deals, utilizing your expertise and experience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
