In this position, your function as a centre of expertise to monitor and manage a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets.

  1. Provide regular reports on sales performance, assortment, profitability, and customised reports, both for internal use and for the customer.
  2. Translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, stock issues, discontinued items...).
  3. Maintain retailer's product management systems.
  4. Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data, and product portfolios, and prepare for customer meetings.
Candidate Criteria:
  1. Customer exposure to major grocery retailers - Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, etc.
  2. Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales, or sales support role.
  3. Ability to build reports and analyse data.
  4. Proficient with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel knowledge.
  5. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  6. Customer contact and delivering service are essential A commercial, client-focused mindset is a must-have.
