Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at MorePeople.

This role will involve managing a worldwide customer portfolio within the food retail markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items)
  • Maintaining retailer's product management systems
  • Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio's and prepare customer meetings.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role
  • Building reports and analysing data.
  • You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Customer contact & delivering service are essential A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
