About the Role

As a Building Portfolio Manager at Hays Specialist Recruitment, you will oversee and manage maintenance and planned work for a diverse property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying, with experience in writing specification reports and managing maintenance and planned work for a portfolio of properties.

  1. Conduct detailed building surveys and prepare comprehensive specification reports.
  2. Closely collaborate with property managers for seamless property management.

About You

The successful applicant will have a degree in Building Surveying, with experience in writing specification reports and managing maintenance and planned work for a portfolio of properties.
