About the Role

The Support Manager will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of participants to empower them into sustained employment. This role requires a tenacious, highly organised, motivating and innovative individual who can work in a fast-paced target driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants to achieve employment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and community organisations
  • Work with participants to identify and overcome barriers to employment
  • Monitor and report on progress against targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
  • Experience in managing and progressing clients or customers
  • Knowledge of the local labour market
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database experience
