CRM Systems Specialist Required


Are you an expert in CRM systems seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic sector? Our client is looking for a skilled CRM Systems Administrator to become an integral part of their team on a permanent basis.


In the role of CRM Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include managing the CRM system's functionality, tailoring it to align with the organization's specific requirements, overseeing user access, generating insightful reports and dashboards, and delivering exceptional technical support.

Your contribution will be vital in enhancing CRM efficiency and ensuring its optimal use across various business units.


What We Offer:

Job Type:
Full-time, 9AM - 5PM, 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Contract Type:
Permanent

Salary range of £24,000 to £25,000 annually.

Benefits include 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit after one year of employment, cycle to work scheme, career development and training opportunities, sick pay scheme post-probation, and pension contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing system administration support, particularly concerning user permissions, custom objects, and workflows for the site services department.
Creating and managing intricate workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
Analyzing data to deliver insights into operations and productivity.
Coordinating and facilitating integrations with third-party applications.

Ideal Candidate:


You possess a comprehensive understanding of the commercial operations, challenges, and objectives of each team, enabling you to enhance their performance through effective CRM administration and consultation.

Your background includes providing system administration support for CRM systems (preferably BigChange), with a focus on user permissions, custom objects, workflows, and profiles.

You have a proven history of creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.

You are adept at analyzing data to provide insights into team operations, effectiveness, and productivity.
You have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in CRM administration, ideally with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or BigChange.
You possess excellent knowledge of sales teams and their requirements.
