Key Responsibilities

  • Address CHP service inquiries, breakdowns, and technical issues.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
  • Travel to various sites within the assigned region.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems.
  • Keep precise records using our specialized management system.
  • Adhere to company Health & Safety, environmental, and quality management protocols.
  • Participate in the regional on-call schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience with Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial gas systems.
  • Ability to conduct and complete risk assessments.
  • Mobile engineering experience is a plus.
  • Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Familiarity with generators is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Able to engage with a diverse clientele across various sectors.
