Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a career-oriented, ambitious professional seeking a unique opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and be recognized for their contributions.

We are in search of a proactive BEMS Project Manager to become a vital part of our successful team. This position is hybrid, requiring occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:


The Project Manager will support installation teams in delivering a professional, efficient, and high-quality experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will be willing to travel to client locations, utilizing their extensive BMS expertise and project management skills to facilitate significant change.

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass, but are not limited to:

Being an integral part of the opportunity process within the business development unit, you will oversee the delivery of energy and HVAC optimization projects for clients across diverse sectors.

Reporting to the Technical Compliance Manager, you will manage a team of engineers and contractors, overseeing all facets of project operations.

Your role is crucial in achieving the long-term impact, growth, and profitability objectives of the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building management systems (Trend, Tridium – RDM knowledge is advantageous) and a solid understanding of HVAC, AC control systems, lighting controls, and BEMS.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management or delivering energy efficiency improvements.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical (HNC preferred or recognized qualification in the trade industry).

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the Energy Industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
