Senior Project Manager - Renewable Energy Solutions


We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a full-time, permanent position with a progressive and rapidly expanding engineering firm focused on sustainable energy solutions.

The Senior Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing multiple Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects across the country.



Compensation Package:
Attractive salary based on experience, vehicle allowance, and 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Essential Qualifications:
  • SMSTS Certification
  • IOSH or NEBOSH Certification is highly preferred
  • HND/HNC in construction management or a related electrical discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in managing EPC projects of 2MW and above

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing multiple EPC projects nationwide, ensuring that project timelines and milestones are achieved.
  • Monitoring progress and providing updates to key stakeholders within the organization and associated project partners.
  • Conducting weekly health and safety and progress audits on each project.
  • Managing all commercial aspects of the projects in collaboration with the Commercial Director and assigned Quantity Surveyor to compile Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) information.
  • Ensuring compliance with necessary permit requirements, conducting inductions, and providing qualified personnel for project execution.
  • Coordinating with site management teams to address site-related issues promptly and in compliance with regulations.
  • Assuming overall responsibility for the execution of works on EPC contracts.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the organization and clients to maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.

Required Experience:
  • Familiarity with High Voltage (HV) systems, including SAP requirements and necessary permits for project execution.
  • Experience in civil engineering aspects of EPC projects.
  • Knowledge of mechanical installations, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
  • Experience with SCADA-based control systems.
  • Understanding of CDM 2015 regulations.
