Overview:
Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Operations Manager with a proven track record of overseeing complex projects? Do you possess exceptional communication and organizational abilities?

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Operations Manager to take charge of various projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services focused on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project execution from conception to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with designers, surveyors, and external organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and maintain site safety standards.
  • Guarantee timely project completion within budgetary limits.
  • Regularly assess project progress and provide updates to upper management.
  • Monitor and uphold the quality of work performed.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Candidate Profile:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Mechanical Project Management capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project delivery effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building Services Engineering or a similar field.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
