We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team at Austin Banks. As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the mechanical aspects of construction projects, including plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Supervise and train a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a mechanical supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
