A Mechanical Contracts Manager opportunity has become available with a leading West Yorkshire-based M&E contractor, offering a competitive salary and substantial benefits package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial contracts for clients across the West Yorkshire and Humberside region, providing on-site and remote technical support, and pricing and quoting for additional works.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of engineers and subcontractors completing mechanical installation and maintenance tasks within the commercial plumbing and heating sector
  • Liaising directly with clients to provide technical support and manage contracts
  • Collaborating with the company's commercial team to develop and implement business strategies

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically from the commercial plumbing and heating sector, and proven experience in contracts management.
