We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, leading a team of engineers and operatives to provide a professional, quality and customer-focused service.
Benefits Package:
Up to £55k per annum
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will be required to:
* Lead and manage the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Manage and monitor the financial performance of projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.
* Liaise with designers, surveyors, and other external bodies.
* Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are followed, and site safety is maintained.
* Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
* Regularly review progress and provide updates to senior management.
* Monitor and manage the quality of workmanship.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
Candidate:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager role.
* Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of projects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related trade background.
* A valid driving licence.
