Overview:
Are you an accomplished Mechanical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience? Do you possess exceptional communication and organizational abilities?

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager who will oversee the execution of various projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of engineers and operatives, ensuring a professional, high-quality, and customer-oriented service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project delivery from initiation to completion.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee and assess the financial performance of projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with designers, surveyors, and other external entities.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and maintain site safety.
  • Guarantee timely project completion within budget.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to senior management.
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of workmanship.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing project delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
  • A valid driving license.
