Resident Support Specialist

As a Care Team Member, you will be part of a close-knit team that values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Care Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will also be required to practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks and be able to adapt and be flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home. Experience is not required, as Avery Healthcare offers a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role. In addition, you will need to have a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a DBS Disclosure check. We are committed to helping you grow in a caring, supportive environment, with opportunities to learn and develop throughout your career.
