Nexus Recruitment are working with an award winning Build to Rent operator who are looking for a Resident Services Associate to ensure the smooth running of a prime building in Manchester. Providing high-end customer service at all times, you will be supporting residents from move in, to the point of move out and everything in between. You will ensure the building is maintained and managed efficiently, working closely with the wider team to ensure the community element is always maintained within the development.

**Core duties**:

- Contribute to an exceptional resident experience through high end customer service
- Meet & greets at reception
- Ensure seamless move in and move outs
- Viewings and tours where required
- Parcel and key handling
- Handle complaints and repairs requests where possible
- Inspections as and when required
- Actively promote the building
- Support the Senior RSA with building H&S operations
- Work closely with the wider team and community

As the regular point of contact for the residents, you are required to be polite and helpful in your manner and build a long-term rapport as a helpful and approachable individual. Supporting the Senior RSA and Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the community experience and safe operation of this site at all times.

**Required attributes**:

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Awareness of building H&S procedures
- Previous experience in residential property management

**£30,000-£35,000pa + discretionary 10% bonus**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
