Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, ensuring that the store is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
