Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetics Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the store
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, educating and delighting customers
  • Lead by example, using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to develop team members
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store on a rota basis
